I've never been to Larkhill before and I'm considering entering the 90. It will only be our second intro (first was tweseldown last weekend where we went clear :-))

I just wondered what the ground/course/general event is like really. It's nearly 2hrs away which I don't mind if it's a nice event.

Many thanks

Ground will be good whatever and lovely inviting courses. Last Spring was boiling but normally freezing cold and blowing a gale!

If its good weather it will be very good , if its bad weather then batton the hatches down it will be blinkin awful.

I did the HT there in the autumn and was very concerned about the ground before some of the fences and the takes offs were awful to say the least but for a BE event they should be ok. Its a fast flowing course!

Its very open and unsheltered so if its hot its hot and cold then yes it can be freezing. It was a lovely brigth day when I did it. I did the BE90 in the Autumn and we had a lovely clear round the xc. Its hilly so you need a be fairly fit but the fences are all nice and inviting.

One thing I would say is when you arrive you'll probably think you are headed off into the middle of nowhere. The first time I went I was on my own and driving for what seemed like hours down a track... it was quite a while before i saw another trailer/lorry and i was pretty relieved!

I'm doing the 100 on the friday.. good luck for it though I think its a good one!
