Larks or Owls?

An owl that's living the life of an lark 🤣

I too feel like a permentantly exhausted pigeon a lot of the time as I don't like not making the most of the evenings to do things, otherwise it just feels like a never ending cycle of getting up early to ride and muck out and then go to work.

Definitely a Lark, always have been.
I married an Owl . It always worked well. I would be up early to let dogs out, feed horses and take Sir a cup of coffee in bed.
I could slope off to bed early and he would let dogs out and put to bed and check round the horses.

I used to be a dormouse (sleeping was my Olympic sport), but since having horses I've turned into a lark, and once I'm out of bed actually really enjoy it. There's nothing better than seeing deer in the fields, or the waves and waves of birds flying out of the woods at dawn!

I am a lark, always have been. At my age, I just need more sleep, so go to bed earlier and and earlier! I cannot operate if I have less than 5 hours sleep.
We had a family staying with us with two young children (under 5). The dad (owl) is the "night parent" and the mum (lark) is the "morning parent". Sometimes having partner who is the opposite is useful :-)

Definitely a lark, but also I do need a good 8 (or even 9) hours sleep a night! I'm also terrible for getting hangry so I do have to make sure I eat before I have to talk to anyone...it's a running joke with family, friends and close work colleagues!!
