Laser surgery today

Suspected sarcoid on shoulder treated with laser today by visiting vet from Rossdales - though vet now thinks it's more likely to be melanoma. Will wait for biopsy result.

Very neat job - the picture actually makes the surface look raised but it is in fact a hole!

Fingers crossed it heals well and doesnt come back - certainly a neat job.

Our mare had laser surgery two months ago on a nodular sarcoid healed very well and would not know where it had been

That's good news - was wondering if the hair will grow back white

laser surgery works well on sarcoids good luck. i took one to livepool which was lasered worked well though recovery looked gruesome but horse was fine and not in pain!
