Last 5 years, did the vet write "bute" in your horse's passport?

Mine has a weatherbys passport, he has a sheet which stays on his passport, and has been signed as not for human consumption. It has been signed by me and my vet. On the sheet there is a part b which is for those for human consumption, then all medications would be listed.

Ditto the above, passport marked not to enter food chain. People moan that the vets aren't entering the various drugs into the horses passports however how many owners have their passports to hand at the yard when the vet comes? I would think only a small percentage. Our passports are kept securely at the yard for such eventually but many I suspect, unless keeping horse at home, don't have them readily available.

My passport has no option to enter re the human consumption.
It isn't signed that he is or isn't and has all sorts of medication - bute included.
Passport isn't worth the paper its written on tbh, all the info inside it is wrong except the pictures of his markings etc.
