It is so sad to think this is the last year on ponies, we have a good team at the minute bess the baby is phenomenal, 4th british novice today and 3rd discovery, and 2 blue chip tickets, Spirit the new guy on the block is proving he has talent and is quick, 1st british novice 2nd discovery today and 2 blue chip tickets so far, Bailey the old favourite, bit unlucky today but also 2 blue chip tickets, will post some pics shortly, it will be so hard to have to part with them at the end of the year

I was very sad to leave ponies and even more sad to leave juniors, I am now a big bad ordinary person which is scarey! Entering the normal pre novices rather than junior C etc. will be very odd!

Just think of it this way: It was great for your Grandaughter to get to ride such talented ponies and they have given her a really good start in SJ. I have been told she is an extremely talented rider, so I am sure she will have the same success on horses.

Also think of the caliber of horse you will be able to buy her with the money earned from selling those exceptional ponies!

Ahhh bless! Seen as she has already been jumping seniors as a junior associate, the transition won't be so big, she'll do absolutely fine

With all the money you get from selling the ponies, you could send your big lorry over to Holland and bring back some more lovely horses

its the ponies i will miss, i just love ponies they are such characters, my granddaughter will def do ok, i am sure, horses are an extention of herself, but she has some serious studying to do for the next few years so she will not have as much time to devote to them, we have a few babies comin up that she can play with with her mums help
