Does anyone know if Laughton Manor in Lincolnshire is still holding competitions as I have tried getting on their website and it is not working.

Thank you in advance.

Its changed owner ship. cant remember the site but google laughton manor its something like priory academies i think :S

I have a horse based there ,they are really trying to pickup the competition side again .Still no BD after a silly mix up and BD getting stupid but I think this will soon restart. They are running summer and winter leagues for Dressage and SJ and are about to start a riding club.Try the link as suggested there have been issues with the website as the previous owners wouldnt release the Domain. If you still cannot find them phone 01529 497797 and ask for Barbara.

Just thought I would revive this - heard on the news this morning Priory LSST (School in Lincoln) now own LMEC, as per post above, and want to turn it into a school for troubled children.

Does this mean no more competitions, or horsey facilities?

No, I went to their open day recently and they explained what their purpose of buying the EC was.
They will be using is as a facility alongside their schools doted all over lincs. They are now running a small riding school which will be used by the children from the local schools they also run. This will give the less privileged children a chance to ride.
They are still running competitions, BS club shows have started recently and I understand they will be getting BD back soon too. The livery will still be running as usual. They have made some improvements and have a new set of showjumps ready for BS :)
They have also started a riding club there which if anyone is local, needs more members!

Its worth twice its value for industrial, about 3/4 of the ECs in this country are for sale if the truth be known.
Just looks a mess at the moment all the liveries left early September. They wanted it vacated.
