(I think if you keep a copy of your sent messages then it takes the total you are allowed to store down- so thus me keeping about 95 sent messages (from the last 2 years) means that I can't have very many in my inbox and I'm too lazy to print out the reference ones and delete them from my inbox. I must do that now

I had really hoped that you'd copied and pasted your PM into word so that you could just paste it back into a PM later- I had a feeling it would be a long one
