Citizen's Advice Bureau should be able to give you some advice. It's difficult to know where to steer you to without knowing what the problem is?

cab should also tell you if you need to visit a solicitor and be able to suggest suitable ones, maybe with a free first interview if your lucky! Good luck.

thanks for the PMs and replies-there's no problem, just needed some general liability questions answered! thanks to those that helped!
