my oldest daughter! her horse doesnt like being rugged at the best of times anyway so what does she go and do? tries to change his rug in the field while he is loose. undoes the leg and belly straps,just starts on the front one when a gust of wind blows the rug over otto's head! of he goes in a blind panic galloping round the field. caught him eventually and got him to stand still long enough to undo the front and neck straps only to find a part of the rug actually caught between his shoe and hoof, cue another mad gallop round the field with rug trailing behind him which was more scarier than when it was on his head as far as he is concerned! end result, one horse that wont be caught to have a different rug put on and a perfectly good rug ABSOLUTELY trashed!!

lol keltic, first thing i yelled across the field to her was , i am not replacing that rug!! she is 16 and the rug is beyond repair. it was about 6 months old and was in perfect condition.his only other MW rug doesnt cover his bum properly anymore so he is currently out in his LW until she replaces it.

Well my mare ripped her ONLY mw rug the other day, beyond repair, without any of my help. So she is out in a lightweight until I can afford to replace it. I am 14, and I feel her pain haha
