Le Mieux Acoustic Ears keep coming off!

I have a question!

I have the Le Mieux Acoustic ears however, whenever my boy shakes his head, his whole bridle comes off with the ears! This happens no matter how tight I have the straps and doesn't happen when he doesn't have the ears on!

Now I'm super conscious and para its going to happen when I'm actually riding!

I found another thread on here where it seems this was a problem but it's from 2 years ago.

Is there any acoustic ears that don't come off!?

I have exactly the same experience with the Lemieux acoustic ears. Don’t know if it would help buying a size bigger... I’ve given up on mine.

I've given up with mine. My Arab shook his head and whole bridle flew off. (Yes everything fitted correctly?). Never got off so quickly in all my life. My daughter was well impressed...?

Mine did the same!! So now I use the very small cable tie and tie it onto my bridle. You cant see the cable ties once on. No more problems!!

Mine did the same - the bridle never came off though, just the veil. I bought x-large because I think Lemieux ears come up small. Anyway, it came off during a hack at the beginning of last year. Didn’t see it come off. Never seen it since ?

Not the acoustic ones for me, but if I put LeMieux ears on Polly, she shakes them off with the bridle.
