Hi i am attempting our first ever indoor le trec this Sunday. I am ok I think with all the obstacles etc, but just wondered about mine and my boys attire? Cream jods, riding boots/chaps? Numnah colour?
Thanks kate

Anything safe and comfortable :) I used to wear short boots and 1/2 chaps, and any old jodhs/top  Same goes for horse, there are no marks for dress!

Most people wear whatever they want to be honest, there is no dress code, just safe clothes for hacking. I wore coloured top, grey jodhs, short boots and chaps, pony wore white saddle pad and boots. I try to look smart tho. Id avoid martingale tho as you have to keep taking reins over head.

i agree with above advice re wear something comfortable that you can easily lead, mount and duck under low braches in!
I usually wear my black jods (slimming I always think!) and they match my black long sleeved top and body protector. plus boots I can run in and half chaps.
The bit of advice i remember when I asked a similar question was "wear your normal riding clothes but turn yourself and horse out as if you are about to have your photo taken".

ie. make sure whatever you wear is clean and relatively smart.

and have fun!
will look out for your report :-)
