Lead rein ponies?

I have just seen an advert for a pony where it states that the pony is 13.2hh and that it would be good for county level lead rein classes. So my question is, is this correct? I have only ever seen really tiny ponies/riders in lead rein classes at any level (rider under 9 years and pony under 122cm?).

I wonder if you clever people could enlighten me?

I would imagine that must be a mistake, generally leadreins are under 122 as you state or M+M's can be under 128cm at County level. Hope that helps!

No lead rein pony can be bigger than 12hh to show at county level. First riddens go up to 12.2hh.
