Beeps.

Every time something goes BEEP, like the phone when it's low on battery or the microwave or the oven timer, she runs into the lounge and huddles against my legs with her ears back, trembling. She never used to have a problem with it!

It is a little bit hilarious

but puzzling. She is certainly a Dog of a Nervous Disposition.

My ridgeback hates beeps. She shakes when she hears things like a smoke alrm or a cardiac monitor on medical programmes. I think it's the pitch.
