Does anyone know of anywhere where you can learn to play polo in the cheshire area (im about 15mins from Stockport if that helps)

I haven't been there but heard about JF polo academy which is in cheshire!

I've met James, nice chap, though we both we drunk at the time!!
The Cheshire polo grounds are directly across the road from me and in fact we are sponsoring a plate this year so it's a livery day out with the pimms
Contact the Cheshire polo club and ask them, there are a few people who teach it there.

Had my very first polo lesson (and first time on horse in twenty some years) at the weekend at this place http://www.valeofyorkpoloclub.co.uk/ a nice drive over the Woodhead pass for the original poster!
Had a great time, its a really friendly club, everyone eager to help and the focus seems to be having loads of fun playing polo, will certainly be headed back up there before very long!
