Hello, can anyone tell me what % of value you should get per year when you lease a pony? thank you

They say 10% per annum. It never sounds much to me, esp for FEI pony eventing, where the little darlings can wreak so much damage without trying very hard, either physical, or just to their records through incompetence

Thank you for that, you are correct T does have this year but I have been approached by lovely family who I would like him to go too come September. I want him back to retire and take me hunting again...but he is too young to do that just yet...

Awww well that sounds great! Well 10% of value is the norm - of course the tricky bit is establishing value Will happily tell you what we get for Noff if/when he sells...
