Leather Boot storage!

So I’m not going to be riding for a while, what’s the best way to store my long leather boots?
obviously I plan on cleaning them; plan on taking them home and storing at home. Any other tips? Going to be out of the game for at least a year.

Get some boot trees

Boot trees and boots bag.
When you clean them get some leather balm/good conditioner which will help them not go dry or crack in changing weather while in storage and not being cleaned/used regularly.
