Naughty horse has just managed to break my MT leather head collar by being silly tied up..The ring that attaches to the nose piece and throat lash has snapped making it useless...a long shot but does ANYONE know where i can get a replacement for this part with out buying a new head collar?? I love my leather one and cant afford a replacement

yep my lovely padded pony headcollar has been repaired twice! Cost only £8 each time.

Probably cheaper to buy a new one but I have never seen this design ever since I bought it!

I'd echo what previous posters have said about the local repairer fixing it. My Dad repaired my leather headcollar by using a riveter and a pop rivet when the previous livery yard insisted on turnout with headcollars on (my pet hate) and my horse got his leg caught up in it (how I don't know) and the headpiece snapped.

Should be easy for a saddler to replace it.

kate1 - PLEASE downsize your siggy!!!
