Where can I get one and how much will it cost? Was out last night and the light just seems to fail all of a sudden, I had a yellow vest on but no reflective strips

and I think the red 'Caution Young Horse' writing (that was already spattered with mud) would be pretty much invisible to drivers.

I got mine from robinsons but I do find the flashing lights are not good for night vision. On ebay last year I got some led leg straps that I use and just have the reflective vest, I also have got some reflectors that go on the stirrups, but have to say not used these yet as we are lucky and don't have to do much if any road work.

I have one from Horseware - it was about £20 I think. Just bought from a local tack shop but should be able to find it online. Sometimes come up on ebay.

You can get one on ebay - here is the link flashing tabard they also do lots of other hi viz stuff.

I also have one from Glowsafe which is good. I also have the flashing ankle lights like the police wear, plus I pop a flashing bicycle light in horsey's tail. Yes I am lit up like a Christmas tree

I was in Tesco the other day and picked up some LED reflective arm bands for cyclists. They were only about £2.50 each and could be worn by a rider or as we have a horse with quite big legs, put around his back legs. They have a flashing mode or constant light. It may be worth looking as I'm sure they are cheaper than "horse" stuff and with a bit of sewing could be attached to a tabbard or other tack.

Get a Hi-Viz jacket with long sleeves so that your hand signals can be seen and if you don't have them a reflective hat, reign and nose bands.
