I would like a yellow hi vis neck strap (not breastplate) with LED lights on but am struggling to finnd such a thing. Has anyone ever seen one please?

Couldn't find one but even better I found a hi vis dog lead with lights which is perfect and as it isn't a horse item it isn't stupidly expensive

then get battery powered led lights and attach to neckstrap and there you go

Three hi viz LED Velcro arm bands for joggers and cyclists, attached to each other, works quite nicely.
