Leg exercises - for you!!

Come and ride my horse, that's all the leg exercise you'll ever need!!!! LOL! Hmm, seriously I run, and find that very good for leg strength. If you want something a bit more stationary, put your back against a wall with your knees bent (as if you were sat on an imaginary chair). Hold as long as you can - Feel the burn! Good luck!
 
Right, Put a whip behind your knees and crouch down to hold it there, then try to walk, you look bllody stupid, but its good for your legs and teaches you correct forward seat also!!!!!
 
Yep, know loads, use to do bodybuilding so how much strength do you want???!!! Be ready to crack some nuts at Christmas with your inner thighs!!! Ha!!

1. Lunges, basically you lunge forward with one leg as far as you can, with the other leg bent and your knee on the floor, then come back again with the leg you have lunged, keeping your back straight.
2. Lunges sideways, ie. left leg stays put, toe forward, lunge sideways with your right leg, toe forward and come back again. Obviously repeat with other leg!!
3. Squats. Basically both feet together, and also you can do where feet are a foot apart, keep feet on ground and bend da knees, keep whole foot on ground and come back up again! front of thighs will kill after about 30!!

Once you can do these easily you can then hold onto a can of say Baked beans(!!!) or whatever!! or weights and lunge. You can also add leg weights to your ankles.... hope this helps!!
