I'm in the process of moving yards and am taking the opportunity to break the cycle of leg mites in my cob (horse is treated regularly if showing symptoms, but I am concious that they can lurk in stables/bedding/grooming brushes/pasture etc). Therefore I am going to give another treatment of frontline as its likely he still has low level of them, but not enough to show symptoms. So - my question is do I treat on the last night at old yard in old stable and bedding, or the first night at the new yard with new stable and fresh bedding? Any tboughts on what would be most successful? Will also take opportunity to run all grooming brushes through the washing machine...! Thank you ?
