Legal advice - recommendations?

Can anyone recommend the best route for legal advice in regards to a rented yard? I've never had to deal with legal stuff before so not sure what to do.

I'm having a few issues with the farmer I rent my yard from, and just want to speak to someone to determine what my position is should things go t*ts up.

Do I need an agricultural/equestrian solicitor or any old one?! And is there anywhere you can get free initial advice from?

You ither needs an agricultural/equine solicitor or a land surveyor.
If you are a BHS Gold member you receive free legal advice.

You could also try the Citizens Advice Bureau. They'll then be able to advise of the best course of action (i.e. if solicitor is needed)
