I’m currently working on calendar (on behalf of a bridleways group) with a photographer taking pictures (with horse riders etc) on different bridleway locations and I’m in need of some sort of legal agreement form so that when the pictures are chosen for the calendar (prior to printing) that I have a signed document which includes details of the photo no. and the usual permission from adult(s) and child (if under age), horse owner etc. we can use so that there will be no come back etc.

Does anyone know where I can find such agreement form (including legal wording etc).

This would be extremely helpful.

Thanks.

Firstly you need a 'model release' agreement.

This is what your subject must sign to give permission to allow you to use their likeness.

There are a huge number of various samples on the 'net, you'll just have to search in google to find one that covers your situation. Or if neccesary chop and change the paragraphs to fit your situation.

From there you then need a 'Usage rights agreement' which will then allow whoever is printing and / or distributing the images the rights to do so.

Again I'd suggest googling untill you find one that suits your needs.
