Legalities of Travelling in the back of horseboxes

Can anyone help me with the legalities of travelling in the horsebox living. Should everyone have seatbelts?

Not sure, are there any rules on travelling in the back of a motor home which would be similar?

Mmm, only reason I posted is because was reading H & H and a well known Horsebox manufacturer had an advert in with children sitting in seatbelts in the back of the lorry and I wondered what the legalities were as they seemed to intimate it was legal to have them.

It is not specifically illegal to travel in the accommodation area

Adults, Children. grooms and employees travelling without seatbelts are not only risking their lives but are also risking points, fines, prison and insurance invalidation by not belting up in the living areas of horseboxes.
