which area are you looking to go?

We rent a private yard from a friend and have sole use of it.We pay £15 a week for one pony, including a stable, which we don't use as pony lives out. There is water supplied and an outdoor school.Straw I don't buy as we don't use it,but we bought hay direct from the field at £2.30 a bale. When we get another pony it will be an extra £10 a week.

I pay £20 a week for DIY (running water, electricity, outdoor school, secure tack room, year round turn out, my own feed shed!) but around my area it ranges from £20- £25 for DIY. Hay is quite expensive round me from about £6.00 a bale, a big 6' bale is about £90, straw about £3 a bale, Haylage roll about £50. We're in South Leicestershire.

usualy £20- £25pw with stable, feild and school. Add another £10 - £15 pw for supplied hay/straw. Excellent yard at Newbold Verdon, but guess thats too far away. Markfeild is 15 mins from loughborough and easy travel.

I'm moving to newbold verdon on 17th and its excellent there. I'll be paying £35 per week for 7 day assisted livery as i will be living 15 miles away from the yard. Cant remember hay and straw prices.

I used to keep my horse at tangletree, a small yard near newtown linford. Had 30 x 60 school with show jumps and canter track and really good grazing and that cost £30 and then £10 a week adlib haylage.
We now keep the horses at home and hay is £5.50 :( and shavings is about £5- £6 a bale as we buy in bulk.
I know vale view has a fair few stables free atm but their DIY is £70 a month as it includes 1x t/o and 1x skip out, feed, hay/ haylage per day. Plus use of 2x outdoor schools, horsewalker, indoor with mirrors when not in use and lots of onsite lessons and competitions.

I am at a yard in Hungarton in leicestershire and my DIY livery is £40/week including all the haylage and straw that you could need and we have a 20x40 outdoor and miles off off road hacking all on site. Part livery is also reasonable at £70/week.
