Leicestershire- Horse Walker & Kissing Spine

Hi All,

Not really comp riders but my lurking concludes there are many of you in the Leicestershire area.

My mare has been diagnosed with severe kissing spine today. Operating is not advised and she will under go a course of shock wave therapy over the coming months.

Newmarket have advised that she is long reined and walked on a horse walker but I cant seem to find any livery yards that have a walker in my area.

So I am looking for DIY/Part livery anywhere around Market Bosworth/ Hinckley/ Enderby/Kirby Muxloe.

If anyone knows of anywhere I would be very greatful.

Can't help with livery yards but I am just going through rehab with my mare following KS standing surgery to remove 3 DPs and wanted to offer my support.

PM Maestro, her yard has a walker and her daughter Amy has lots of experience rehabilitating horses. They are near Lutterworth.
