I’m trying to find some boots for hacking and came across these which look interesting. Has anyone got these ? - what do you think of them and how do they compare to normal brushing boots?
I’m also looking at the lemieux mesh brushing boots but everyone on my years has them and I just know if I get them they will end up on the communal boot pile and I’ll never see them again!

I have got the snug pro, really like them though I think I could have gone up a size. Went for the medium for my 16hh wb, as I've got the mediums in le mieux jump boots and they fit fine, but the snugs are just that, quite snug!

Seem to provide a good all round knock protection, and they look very smart. I do find the snugs better than normal brushing boots as the outer layer is a lot more durable, and they have decent fetlock covering which I find is lacking with a lot of brushing boots.

I bought the Snug boots and returned them. They run so small and too snug. My PRE isn't incredibly large or thick in the legs but both the medium and large did not work. I ended up buying the same style from another brand that fit much better.

I have the Mesh boots and they're falling apart. The stitching at the bottom of the boot/all around the "strike pad" area. I've fixed them a few times. I love Lemieux saddle pads but I guess my love stops there ? I do have their fleece lined boots but I've only used them twice...sort of bulky.

Even though they're not the fanciest, I love my Arma Air Motion Brushing boots. They're durable, have a good strike pad, and keep cool.

Ok this is good to hear haha. The smallest size they seem to start at is a medium and I need small so fingers crossed the medium will fit ok!

ah right ok will probably avoid the mesh boots brushing boots then!

I’ll have a look May the arma ones ?
