Just seen that Lenamore has been PTS. He was 30 so had enjoyed a long retirement but he was my favourite horse to watch. I'd seen him compete at both Burghley and Badminton and watched him win Burghley and was present at Badminton when they did his retirement ceremony with Headley Britannia and another horse who sorry I can't remember. RIP old boy, you were a joy to watch.

He was a lovely horse - I saw him at Burghley too, and was lucky enough to see him being taken out to the sand school near the lorry park, where he had a lovely roll and a kick and a buck around, before heading home.
Also saw that Shutterfly has gone as well, another lovely horse, having had a long and happy retirement.

So sad to see! He was such a fantastic ambassador for eventing

I used to see him regularly while he was with Caroline as they were just round the corner from my Aunt and Uncle! Watched him in Aachen and London!
