... and more of good horsemanship!

Good Horsemanship varies from traditional to 'natural' though I don't like that word to describe it. I think people get too lost in methods, cults and fads and forget what works for them and their horse.
BTW I think most people who have worked with horses all their life could tell you more about NH and infact Good horsemanship than any ahem *cough* (parelli) 'trainers', like for instance my neighbour who is into his 80's and grew up at a racecourse (managing the track and stables) and has worked with horses all his life.
I know I am stating the obvious but sometimes you need to have good hard look at yorself and how you treat your horse, whether you practice parelli, NH or 'traditional' techniques.
p.s What exactly is wrong with 'traditional' techniques...
