Well things went quite well.I have had the same instructor for about 15 years so a change was always going to be a bit daunting.We did some lunge work and got some small improvements which I was very happy with.The best improvements are small ones I think.Something to work on.Very pleasant and knowlegeable.Think I have made the right choice.Happy.
. I prefer bite sized chunks to work on before the next lesson, not mahoosive and overwhelming changes.
