Lessons - how often for you?

I'm lucky enough to be based with my trainer, which means she often pops her head over the door, even if its for five minutes. Often it takes that extra pair of eyes to notice something really obvious and make the relevant ajustments. We will often ride a horse "together" which means I get guidence then too.

I try to have jump lessons once every other week and a alternate that with a flat lesson with my other trainer in between.

I try and have 2 flat each wk (1 on the lunge) and 1 jump when poss! Oppps!!

I was having weekly lessons before Christmas but now I'm working full time I'm finding it harder so will probably every other weekend now for dressage and jumping combined. I'm lucky that my trainer owns my horse so I get free lessons

I wish he would give me free lessons on my other horse but I have to pay for them so she gets one jumping lesson a month or so.

I have a flatwork lesson once a week, and am planning to start having a jump lesson every other week starting monday. Will also do clinics on top of this whenever possible

I'm embarassed to admit this but here goes:

Regular lessons
*Mondays Group training with local trainer, one week FW one week SJ
*Fridays FW training with riding club
* monthly FW training with Jane Rutherford BD Pyramid Trainer
* monthly SJ lesson with Andrew Hamilton

Additional
* I tend to have another 2 or so lessons per month as my yard has a LOT of training on.

I hate to think how much it costs me (okay the regular training costs me £148 per month!)

I have one or two flat work lessons a week and a jump lesson every other week - thats the ideal world whether it works like that every week depends on me, them and horse! Am lucky that my dressage trainer is a 10min hack down the road and she also hosts clinics with my other dressage trainer once a month! Go just over an hour for jumping but she's fab!

I dont dare think about the cost!

i try to have a flatwork lesson once a week, but i have been so skint lately (and the school has been too wet) so it works out to about once a month!!

i try to have a jump lesson at the riding school to help my confidence - thats £27 a month so i normally have one.

i took Frankie to a polework clinic a few weeks back and we really enjoyed that - the instructor does clinics (alternates between flatwork, polework and jumping) every two weeks so i will probably be doing lots more of them. and they are only £15 so a bargain!!!

Once a week, I also do clinics with int. riders when ever they are in the area.
Saying that though I'm very very BORED of riding in the school
