Cos I am so low and gloomy today:( Proper miserable whiney cowbag, I tells ya:o

So - on this forum, who inspires you?:)

For me - the picture of Mollichop and Hector, when Hector has just retrieved a bird - can't tell you how much I want a picture like that

Kirstyhen for the massive improvement she has wrought in Otto

CC for being so patient with the ASBO twins

Cayla for rescuing all those dogs

PosieHoney for what she has achieved with that little rescued spaniel

ColleenMissTom for getting Tikka through her accident

Gazey for kicking on through it all

And I'm sure many, many others that I have failed to mention:)

ETA knew I'd forget someone - Vizzy, for exactly the same reason as Gazey!

Even though I'm the only one with the best breed ;) :p

On a serious note, I really like how open and supportive everyone is. We may not always do or believe the same things but no one puts anyone down either.

Well I know i'm pretty new in the forum but really have been made to feel welcome. I don't know many people in real life that bang on about their dogs as much as me, so I really look forward to coming on here and seeing pics and hearing stories about all your different doglets.

Not many of you have not inspired me in one way or another really but was lovely to meet those at MMs party - all your dogs were a credit to you.

For those I haven't then CC for her allround knowledge, and Cayla for her dedication and entertainment value :D

Looking forward to meeting more of you in future :)

Generally I think the whole of AAD is very supportive, I hardly ever venture out of here into the scary other bits now.
The one person who really inspires me is Cayla, I don't think I could do what she does with all the rescues.
Have to say CC for fighting the corner so eloquently for GSDs, and as someone else said for persevering with B, I know what it is like to have a challenging dog.
Everyone who has taken on a rescue, or older dog and worked miracles with them, and finally all the people who came to the meet up, because beforehand I was seriously panicking as to what I had let myself in for, and I had a wonderful time.

I love this part of the forum :D.
I always know that someone will be around to give advice as I have really needed it the last few weeks in my mission to help my friends dog. Really has been very helpful and greatly appreciated.

Everyone inspires me in different ways and without some useful hints and tips I've learnt I don't think Scoobie would be as well behaved as he is now ;)

Aw shucks :o

I love this bit of the forum too, as mentioned, we don't always agree on everything but it never descends into slagging and slanging and pulled threads - because I think the vast majority of us can see the bigger picture and we're in it for the dogs.

You're all (mostly :p) awesome!

Clearly I only like the Spangle Army for their impeccable taste in dogs :p :D :D

On a serious note, every single poster on here brings something for me. I have learnt so much about things I would have never looked into myself and continued blindly on in ignorance, I'm mainly thinking of the GSD Mafia's tireless efforts to educated people about the slopey-backed cripples :D but so many other things - raw feeders, training tips, etc etc

And just 'cos you started it Spuds, you - I struggled enough with Otts despite having Parent's help and OH to whinge at, so the way you've coped on your own is most impressive! Otto would have been lobbed in the Severn with a concrete collar on :D

**Blushes madly**:o

I did have all you lot to winge at, and of course Ravenwood and the Hot Chicken Recall Trick:D

Hmmmm well who inspires me....... TBH I wouldnt really say anyone inspires me, I am just very happy and very grateful that I have met such a lovely lot of people who (mostly :p) know what they are talking about and love dogs as much as I do :D The AAD meet up was brilliant, I really enjoyed meeting everyone and their dogs, and I agree with everyone who has said this is a great part of the forum where we are (usually :p) spared the trolling, bitching and in-fighting which goes on elsewhere :D

I love AAD people, long may we continue posting :D:D:D

(except Cayla of course, she just fobs you off with her reject rescue dogs....:p:D:D)

No he's been a diamond, was really good at training today:) Just had a setback in another area:( Kicking on again now though:D

Aw what a canny post, I was not gonna read either, I thought it was some lesbo loving or summit:p
I love you all, even though you know fine well im not capable of love:p

I esp admire KatieLou for her thorough up frontness, she rocks, and spudlet is not far behind her in the forward stakes:D:D

CC, is alot like me, even though it would frighten the ****e out of her to think so:p....ok ok, so maybe not as foul mouted as me:rolleyes:

MM, is fab, she is calm, cool and collected and has great knowledge and taste in her breed:)

Gazey, is a fab (pains me to say that) she is a true friend, fusses over me like a mother would and takes the beatings I give her on the chin, and she is a lovely doggy mother, if not a bit neurotic:p

PBS, who is never here, as she is pretending to have a life, is like my twin (she will kill me for that):D

Dingbat12, is a girl after my own heart:D:D

Mollichop is cool, even those she is a tart chasing farmers with fab bods half her age:eek::D yes I read that me dear:p

Hen is ok sometimes:rolleyes: LMAO, she is a good laugh and she has a spaniel, so she is obs not all there but she is cool all the same:D

KarynK with her superior knowledge in Barf:D
Mattilda, cos she is lovely and has good taste in dogs:)

I have a **** memory and im prob missing loads out, I will add though when the drink wears off:eek::D

EVERYONE IN AAD is cool, im you all put up with me, so you all must have a strong stomach:D

I knew I would add

Vizzy:eek: she needs an award for being the only breeder I communicate with:rolleyes: and she is a good sparing partner, she mostly loses but she is a good sport:D

Well I have just come back from a weeks holiday and this is the the part I came to first to find out what you have all been up to.:D:D:D

There is always something in here to make me laugh, to learn from and it is supportive of each other in the other more scary parts as well and the AAD meet up was a lovely day/night with lots of great people with cool and generally well behaved dogs.:D:D:D

Although I am changing my mind now as you don't appear to have missed me.......hmpf!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::D:D:D

Slinky who?! I'm sorry but do we know you?:confused:

Our last Slinky buggered off on holiday for a week and didn't have the common decency or courtesy to invite us too...:mad:

Some people! :p

Of course I jest (said through gritted teeth :p) did you have a good holiday Slinky? :D

It was lovely thankies!!:cool::D:D:D

A week on the beach in sunny Spain:cool:.........didn't invite you 'coz I knew you would all say yes and there wasn't room in my bag - bloody ryanair..............:mad::rolleyes::rolleyes::D:D:D

Of course I did spend some of it feeding a couple of the semi- stray cats that live there - even when I'm holiday there is an animal costing me something.......:rolleyes::D
