After seeing the thread about lovely Candy can we see other much loved oldies please????

I'll start the ball rolling... This is Tess my 13yo Springer Spaniel taken on a walk last weekend. Had her since a 14week old puppy and she has been my best friend through teenage years, my first boyfriend, uni, you name it she has been there!

Tess is lovely! And some of those photos look like they should be postcards or calandar shots!

not much difference, eh? LOL

Ah she is sooo cute and she looks just as sprightly. I hope Tess is still running round like that at 16!
Photos were pure luck... sun came out at the right time and Tess loves to pose as she knows she normally gets a treat out of it ;) I'll have to try and find a photo of her a few years ago :)

This is our old girl Kes, she is 14 and a half, the vet gave her a year 2.5 yrs ago after she had a very large tumor removed from the back of one of her back legs, She is a working sheepdog, her parents worked cattle.

When she was younger she was very protective of children, any children! got a bit difficult at times, not every one wants their child protected from them by a strange dog in the park!
