I am in the middle of writing a letter for both sharer and myself to sign, do you think this is ok ? (her pc has broken down so asked me if i would)

(name of sharer) came to try (name of horse) 20th Jan and agreed to start a part-loan/share agreement of £20 per week, unlimited riding.

The following dates are when (name of sharer) came to part-loan/share (name of horse)
26th/27th Jan - paid
2nd/3rd Feb - was unable to come
9th/10th Feb - was unable to come

(name of sharer) has agreed to pay £40 for the two weekends missed and has terminated the loan 10th Feb 08

I would walk away from this one. Just learn from it and next time sort the paperwork first.
If she gives you the £40, great. If not, tis tough luck really.
I don't think you need to do any paperwork to terminate an agreement that was never officially agreed anyway.

So she actually only came to see your horse twice?

I wouldn't be asking for money from her tbh - she just sounds like a timewaster, but since there was never an agreement you can't really do anything.

Chalk it up to experience!

she says to cover her back so that she had nothing to do with the horse. I think what she means is, she has paid what she owes and that is that.
