I am hoping that a friend will baby-sit my TBs while I go away on holiday and I am happy for her to ride them as they are nice well behaved boys with good manners - nobody bucks, rears or naps and they are incredibly laid back chaps. However, I would like some kind of written agreement to say that if she falls off (and she would probably have to throw herself off on purpose) that she accepts the risk and agrees not to sue me.. I have 3rd party liability insurance with the British Horse Society but even so, I do like to cover all possibilities! Has anyone else done this and can I ask what you put in it? Would it hold up legally?
