Intro first (walk and trot tests), then prelim (includes canter), novice, elementary, medium, advanced medium, advanced. International tests go from Prix St Georges through Intermediaire I, Inter II, to Grand Prix.
You should be able to find all the info on the BD website - their rules section isn't actually as daunting as it sounds!

Prelim, Novice, Elementary, Medium, Advanced Medium, Pre St George and Grand Prix.

I know the first 4 are correct but get a little hazy after that.

Trailblazers is a competition where you do the first round competitions then if you qualify you do the second round competitions.

I think that is right.

In dressage it is Preliminary, Novice, Elementary, Medium, Advanced Medium. Prix St George, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 11 and Grand Prix.

something like this
# Preliminary
# Novice
# Elementary
# Medium
# Advanced Medium
# Advanced
# Prix St Georges
# Intermediaire I
# Intermediaire II
# Grand Prix
