Levels of Dressage

Just wondered if anyone could tell me the levels. I know the last 4 are Prix St. George, Inter I, Inter II and Grand Prix. But I'm completely confused as to whether it goes Intro, Prelim, Novice?, Elementary, Medium? etc.

Affiliated BD runs prelim, novice, medium, advanced medium, advanced, then prix st georges Inter I, Inter II, GP and Grand Prix special (kur).

Pony Club have an introductory level walk and trot test too
