Leyland court Equestrian centre, up for sale

I often wonder what would happen if places like this were bought by an individual (like one of the above potential lottery winners) and then made private, a huge number of liveries would be displaced - there was a place in the south for sale recently that had over 100 stables for example, I cant imagine the fall-out if such a place was to close

Yes, it would be very sad if it was to become private.
They local pony clubs and riding clubs use the facilities alot.
Xc is great for schooling and lots of people regularly go to the dressage and sj.

In fact, I often thing they could do more, more clinics and competitions.
Hopefully the new owner will keep the diary full!

They could definitely run more competitions and clinics. It would be a great opportunity to run competitions every weekend and through the week, it says potential for planning for indoor so it could be something like west wilts that have competitions almost every day, sometimes twice a day.
If the new owners were to get in BDs good books that would be fantastic!!

If I did win lottery and bought it, nothing would change, it's always been a pipe dream of mine to run an equestrian centre, with a top notch manager/ trainers.... Well I've not won tonight.... Sat maybe !
