Out of curiousity I put my lorry details (1987 Dodge) in the enquiry form on the website and it's exempt-because it has a petrol engine

Not that I'm likely to go that way, anybody want to do a swap?

Yes you are correct Petrol lorries are exempt from the London LEZ and even better most the Commercial MOT stations don't have the equipment to test the exhaust fumes of petrol engines anymore because nearly all commercial vehicles have diesel engines!

(Now if we where really clever we would convert them to liquid gas and save 50% on our fuel costs).

My 30 year old Petrol Bedford TK has just sailed through yet another MOT.

According to an article recently in Horse and Hounds nearly 50% of horseboxes that have have come up for insurance renewals within the last months have not been re-insured.

Well I have a Renault Dodge Diesel - absolutely fantastic horse box... and I am within the LEZ - its up for sale..... but would be interested in swap with you?

Also I can confirm that my yard is 1/2 mile within the boundary of the LEZ.... Now how unfair is that!!!!!!
