My newly acquired yearling filly has brought lice with her (biting variety)! I have bought some Spotinor Spot-on Fly Control for Cattle & Sheep which is the same as Coopers spot on as I know that vets use it for horse lice. Can anyone advise me of the correct way to apply it? I assume it is behind the withers on the spine in one spot. As she has a thick coat do I need to clip a small area to apply it (or part her fur) or does it go directly on to her fur?
