There are lots of eggs either side of the ears should I scrape those off? Just ordered some Dermoline shampoo to treat lice...

Rugs, brushes and saddle pads etc can be washed in the same shampoo as you use for the horse. You can scrape the eggs off it you want to -and she'll let you. But it doesn't make a difference overall.
