hi everyone . who has to get a license for horse transport?? does it apply to everyone with a horse or just dealers / riding schools / studs . does anyone know how much it costs ?

Anyone who transports animals in connection with an economic activity has to have it - eg, racing yards, breeders, dealers, transporters etc.
Cost me £17.50 registration fee plus £15 admin fee then examiners expenses. Altogether it cost my OH and myself a total of £153

ive got it it cost 120 for both short haul and long haul (ie over 8 hrs), got licence and certificate through last week
