Just a heads up (and not associated in anyway with the company!) bought one of these at the weekend: http://www.petspyjamas.com/product/...d/RDG-00341/?gclid=CKO16LbEz8ICFYbItAodzmQAqQ
Best light up collar I've tried - having a slightly long coated Working Cocker most get lost under her ruff and the led collar tags are useless but this really lights her up :D When we walk at night there are no street lights and with just her hi-vis rug I normally "lose" her in the verges but this was brilliant:

(hope that works)

Thought I'd share as not seen these on here before and it is honestly the best I've found so far, the batteries are really easy to change as well which is a godsend as all the others seem to be random button ones that are a nightmare to replace.

I've got a similar one...mine is by trixie, and cost 16 euro, large dog, with the starter piece replaceable at 8 euro.it looks almost identical to yours ...has five light options.
They are fantastic aren't they? I also bought a bike flashing light to pin on my coat breast pocket ,as we walk on a cycling path ,at night, so we are well visible.
When it's pitch black ,I use a headlight ,on elastic headband...my hub shrinks into the shadows, with embarrassment, but again it stops me stepping in farm poo on the path.I love winter night walks..LOL
