Hi all
I was doing some research on how to build my horses muscle as he is lacking slightly on his neck, back and rump, he is 5 years old and a light weight build. I have been unable to ride him as I have had surgery but now well enough to bring him back into work.
So while I was researching for on the ground exercises I came across another thread by an individual also wanting to help her horse to gain muscle, when a member had mentioned
"It will depend on the horse. Horses that are lightly built will simply not develop a lot of muscle"
And I just wanted to ask is this true? if so why ?? and how can I help improve my horses condition. He has always been the lankly little duckling bless him
