My horses (all 4) are normally greedy pigs, but none of them like likits.

Am I missing a trick for introducing them to them? as I have likits and likit holders and no one touches them!

Or do I just have odd horses?

After tips please!

Mine will eat almost anything but won't eat likits. He liked the likit bars so maybe he is just too lazy to catch the licks :)

My horse hates likits, which is good because at first I wasn't aware of the sugar issue  A friends cob has just been given a Likit, and refuses to touch it too.

HOWEVER, I have just bought Shy a "Sport" one, which he absolutely loves. It still contains dextrose, so I limit it, but it seems to be the answer. The next one I'll get is the salt one.

They seem hard to get hold of, tbh - this Sport one was the first time I've found one, amid the wash of yucky flavours.

Ditto Anymay - why feed them? Sell the holders etc and your next equine car boot sale and heave a sigh of relief. I'm not sure we would feed our kids sweets the way we feed them to our horses!
