Limestone Flour

was having a look at this while i was in my feed merchants today and just wondered if anybody uses this on their horses to help encrougage healthy hooves? The side of the tub gave dosage rates for youngstock and broodmares but none for your average mature horse- at what rate does everyone feed this if you use it as a supplement for your horse?

Biotin would be better to improve hoof quality.

LSF is normally fed to correct calcium imbalance asssociated with feeding bran.
