I'm randomly getting messages that I have x number of free articles left. When I try to sign into this account I get redirected to H&H plus. Is anyone else having this problem?

Open the articles in 'incognito window'. I still see that I have 4 articles left at the top of the screen but nothing blocks me. I don't think its a problem on an Ipad/iPhone (so probably on a Mac PC) but I'm Win10

I’m on an iPad and have this problem. As I’ve said before - I would pay a small amount to read the online articles but not the price they want.

Pretty poor that as a subscriber to the print edition you cannot read articles online.
I think that you are eligible? I was already signed up to Plus using a free code that they sent me.

The other change? Our service will no longer be called Plus – you are either a digital subscriber to Horse & Hound or a print subscriber to Horse & Hound, or both. And only our subscribers get unlimited access like you. This way we give all our loyal subscribers the best experience of using our service. If you are asked to log-in again you can do so using the credentials you signed up with to Horse & Hound Plus. And that’s it, you do not need to do anything else, except sit back and enjoy as we bring you everything that is happening in Tokyo and beyond.

I thought I saw a comment reply on fb from them yesterday saying they had a 'deal' for print subscribers. Ergo they didn't make it sound free. Whereas before I think it was.

Ah. So the email I was sent (I'm a print + digital subscriber) missed out the word 'digital' in the sentence below - I've retro added it.

'And only our digital subscribers get unlimited access like you.'

ETA

Print only subscription is £25.49 per quarter.

Print + digital subscription is £27.99 per quarter, so £2.50/month more than paper only.

I have received an email to say that I have both print and digital but can not access the online content as it keeps coming up with a 'subscribe window' very frustrating!!

Just to let other subscribers to the magazine know that if, like me, you have subscribed for years, you will be paying more just for the printed magazine than new subscribers pay for combined print & digital and still not be able to read the Facebook articles!!

How not to reward loyal customers!
