Limping after excercise

Hi

Just wondered if anyone could give me any advice/opinions.

I have a nearly 3 year old Boxer and everytime she goes for a walk, that evening she will be limping, but normally back to normal the next day. She only limps when she has been let off the lead, she does hare round but...she is only 3 and surely this isnt right? we have got her booked into the vets for a check over re:ligaments etc but just wondered if anyone elses dog has this issue and if so how did you make it better? without just keeping her on lead all the time.

Is she limping in front or behind?

on her behind, if your looking at her from the front its her back right.

I would be concerned over hip dysplacia in that case. Good luck at the vets.
