Well he behaved incredibly well until the very end, when the carnival route was changed due to the Police deciding they couldn't close the roads any longer, and diverting them a different way.
Poor Chocx ended up trapped in a side street with hundreds of people at one end, and the rest of the procession behind him going past blocking the way out, and the Notting Hill steel band harrassing him. (not nastily, they just kept jumping round and draping T shirts over him, but it was enough to get him upset and he started striking out angrily with his front legs.
Luckily I found them at this point and grabbed two policemen and pleaded for them to open a way out through the crowds. By now he was doing full height rears which is damned dangerous on tarmac, and me and the police shouted at the crowd until he danced through it.
Until then he didn't put a hoof wrong! Next year she will turn off before that bit and avoid being trapped.

She and a friend have gone back to town to the pub and fair, she changed back into jeans first tho! I'm chaueffeuring tonight as she needed to let her hair down..
