There is a gentleman called Mr John Treagood who has travelled around the Exeter area with his horse and caravan for as long as I can remember. He dropped out of society some 40yrs ago and lives a simple life with his horse Glidor. He sets up camp in various places normally on roundabouts. Yes he is fly grazing but doing no harm to anyone how would the law affect him? You have to be very careful how laws are implemented.

I do not think there is an act or new law proposed yet, there is an important debate on Tuesday Which if successful might influence a law.
You should ask the question of your local MP, that is why we are all being asked to contact our MPs and they particularly want personal experiences to be hilighted. Now is the time to get all the aspects and consequences into the debate.

If you go to news section in horse and hound there is more information about the proposal which is powers to remove unattended fly grazing equines, so the example you quote would not be affected.
